Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Collab Engine, operated by Jonas Riese ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What Collab Engine is

Collab Engine helps you build a creator profile, discover brands that work with small creators, and draft outreach pitches. We provide matches and drafts — you decide what to send, and you send it yourself. We do not send messages on your behalf and we do not broker, negotiate, or guarantee any brand deal.

No guarantee of results

Brand collaborations depend on your content and the brands' decisions. We make no promise that you will receive replies, gifts, payment, or collaborations of any kind.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You may only connect a TikTok account that is yours. Keep your login email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to spam, harass, or deceive brands or anyone else;
• misrepresent your audience or statistics in outreach (the product works because pitches are honest);
• scrape, resell, or redistribute our brand database;
• interfere with or attempt to breach the service's security.

Subscriptions and payments

Parts of the service are free; ongoing matches and pitch generation require a paid subscription, and extra pitch credits can be purchased as one-time top-ups. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, which you can do anytime with effect from the next billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.

Content and ownership

Your content stays yours. Pitch drafts we generate for you are yours to use freely. The service itself — including the brand database — remains ours.

Third-party services

TikTok connection is provided through TikTok's official APIs and is subject to TikTok's own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services, including changes TikTok makes to its platform or APIs.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, typical damages. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that means acceptance.

Governing law & contact
